• While you might want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and items that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
• Research what internet providers are in your new city or state before you move. It will help to know which service you want in your new apartment before you move.
