Moving Tips

• Before you start to pack belongings up, be sure to make copies of important documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, make sure to do an in person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Immediately after all of your furniture are out of your apartment make sure to do a deep clean. This is especially important if you are a renter.
