Moving Tips

• Before you start to pack items up, be sure to make copies of crucial documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• If you are moving into an apartment, find out if it is necessary to reserve an elevator and whether there are any blocked off days for moving.
• Begin by packing rooms that you do not use that often and end the packing process with rooms like the bedroom and kitchen.
