Moving Tips

• While it is not necessary by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• If you plan on packing up some of your furniture into your car then make sure it is clean well before the day of the move.
• Before beginning to pack things up, make sure to make copies of crucial documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
