• Regardless of what a moving company tells you, it is federal law for them to keep your things.
• While you may want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and items that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• If you are looking to keep it cheap, you should move over winter. Winter is when moving rates tend to be the cheapest.
