• As you get closer to a move start to clean your cupboards and think about donating any food to local homeless shelters.
• Remember to enjoy yourself! It may not be particularly fun to have to move but if you stop and attempt to enjoy yourself then it will make the whole process go more smoothly.
• A good way to relieve stress from the move is by getting to know your new community.
