Moving Tips

• Before beginning to pack furniture up, be sure to create copies of important documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• While it is not required by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk through with your landlord before moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
• Take photographs of all of your valuables with any serial numbers as well.
