Moving Tips

• While you may want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and possessions that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters and packages go to your new house. You can do this on the USPS website.
• If you are moving into an apartment, find out whether it is necessary to reserve the elevator and if there are any banned days for moving.
