Moving Tips

• Before starting to pack belongings up, make sure to make copies of documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out whether it is required to reserve the elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
• As you get closer to moving start to declutter your drawers and donate any food to local homeless shelters.
