• Before you begin to pack things up, be sure to make copies of vital documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a secure place.
• A cardboard moving box can be used anywhere from 3 to 10 times before it needs to be thrown out.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new home. You can do this on the USPS website.
