• A moving box may be used anywhere from 3 to 10 times before it needs to be disposed of.
• As you get nearer to a move begin to clean your cupboards and start donating any food to local food pantries.
• Fill prescriptions (if you can) before you move so that you won’t have to worry about transferring all your prescriptions.
