Moving Tips

• As you get closer to a move start to declutter your drawers and start donating any food to local food pantries.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out whether it is necessary to reserve an elevator and whether there are any restricted days for moving.
• While it is not required by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
