Moving Tips

• A good method to relieve stress from moving is by getting to know your new community.
• Be sure to research what doctors are in your new state or city, and whether they take your insurance plan.
• You may feel inclined to just donate or toss all of the food items in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
