• Fill all your prescriptions (if you can) before you move so that you won’t have to worry about transferring prescriptions.
• Well before moving, figure out what supermarkets are close by, as well as pharmacies if necessary.
• You may feel pressured to just donate or toss all of the food in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can and should come with you.
