• The first thing things you should do before reaching out to a moving company is to get a an idea of how much you have to move.
• It may sound obvious but make sure to return any borrowed items before starting the move.
• While it is not necessary by law in some states, be sure to do an in-person walk-through with your landlord prior to moving out. This way you can address any issues on the spot.
