Moving Tips

• Be sure to gather your medical records if you are moving to another state.
• You will need to have a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters and packages go to your new home. You can do this on the USPS website.
• If you aren't tech savvy then be sure to take pictures of all of your electronics and how they are set up.
