Moving Tips

• After all of your possessions are out of your home be sure to do a deep clean. This is especially important if you are a renter.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out whether it is required to reserve an elevator and whether there are any blocked off days for moving.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, make copies of all of the keys before you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to misplace a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
