• Before you begin to pack furniture up, make sure to make copies of crucial documents like birth certificates and tax returns and keep them in a safe place.
• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, get copies made of all of the keys before you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
• If you plan on packing up some of your belongings into your car then make sure it is clean before the moving day.
