• While you might want to unpack everything in one day, be sure to start with fragile items and items that you plan on using in the next day or so.
• When looking through your clothes be sure to set aside any clothing that you no longer need and donate them to a local charity.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out whether it is necessary to reserve an elevator and if there are any blocked off days for moving.
