• If your family are assisting you to you move then be sure to get them some drinks.
• As you get nearer to a move begin to declutter your cupboards and start donating any food to local food pantries.
• You may feel pressured to just donate all of the food in your house, but a number of items like olive oil and other ingredients can come with you.
