• Regardless of what a moving company tells you, it is federal law for them to keep your possessions.
• Before moving your belongings in do a walk-through of your apartment so that you can get a plan of action for where everything will go.
• If you are going to use a security system, or already have one installed in the house then set it up the day of the move.
