• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, get copies made of all of the keys before you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to misplace a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your letters and packages go to your new home. You can do this on the USPS website.
• Right after all of your possessions are out of your house be sure to do a deep clean. This is especially important if you are a renter.
