Moving Tips

• While this may seem like just another thing that’s added to your plate, get copies made of all of the keys prior to you move. In all of the chaos of the move it would be easy to lose a key, and that is the last thing you want to deal with on your moving day.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, figure out if it is required to reserve the elevator and whether there are any banned days for moving.
• You will need to set up a forwarding address for your mail so that your bills and other pieces of mail go to your new apartment. You can do this on the USPS website.
