Moving Tips

• Before beginning to pack items up, make sure to make copies of documents like tax returns and birth certificates and keep them in a safe place.
• Find out what days recycling and trash are picked up in your new neighborhood.
• If you are moving into an apartment building, find out if it is necessary to reserve the elevator and whether there are any restricted days for moving.
